We have a sushi bar where our customers can watch our very talented sushi chef, Jason, who slices, rolls and tucks those flavorful eel, salmon, tuna and veggies into concoctions so tasteful and tantalizing that makes every bit a joyful experience.

We have a tatami room which is ideal for business meetings or special occasions. It is equipped with a well for comfortable seating and curtain for absolute privacy and can seat up to 10 guests.

Sushi Chef Jason is a very talented sushi chef for over 15 years. Before moving to Plano, Jason was in charge of Bamboo Sushi of the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, California. Jason is married and has a son and a daughter. In his spare time, Jason enjoyed playing with his two kids.
